Serving local Mexican and Maya-inspired dishes, the menu features fresh seafood straight from the Caribbean, paired with familiar favorites rooted in local tradition.
While the cuisine is made with care and pride, ingredients and menus can shift with the seasons and local availability. Expect dishes built around freshly caught fish, grouper, or seasonal local catches (when available). In a small fishing village like Xcalak, simplicity rules but flavor is always front and center. Meals are prepared to emphasize authentic flavors inspired by regional ingredients—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
